Diet for a week

Do you have any diets that a person can follow by the week? For instance breakfast, lunch and supper with snacks?

    Yes, but I’d need to know about you specifically and what your nutrition and body comp goals are? Also, are you a female/male? Are you working out? Any allergies? As you may know, there is no one protocol that fits all. Everyone is so unique, but my starting place for most people whether they want to lose weight, get rid of aches and pains, like chronic inflammation/arthritis, skin issues, intestinal problems, etc, is to transition into eating a whole, real food diet. Read some of my other blogs on eating real foods. Get away from SAD (standard American diet). Eliminate all refined sugars/alcohol, grains (bread, pasta, cereal, etc), beans, soy and legumes (including peanut butter). This is a lot to change in one week or even just overnight, but clients that remove these foods for 30 days (at least) start feeling, looking and performing better inside and outside. Do the best you can and tackle this detox for a week, then two, then three and four. If you aren’t comfortable doing this on your own, write me back and we can design something more specific for you.
